§ 265-6. Bond for continuous opening of streets; conditions.

For a continuous opening of the streets paved as described in § 265-2, any person or persons, corporation or corporations shall enter into a bond with the Borough of Collingswood for the sum of $500, conditioned that said street or highway so opened shall be properly refilled and resurfaced and within the time provided for in § 265-5 and also to the satisfaction of the Commissioner of Public Works of the Borough of Collingswood; and said bond as to sureties shall be approved by the Borough Commissioners of the Borough of Collingswood and, as to form, shall be approved by the Borough Solicitor of the Borough of Collingswood.
