§ 265-2. Information to be provided; permit fees; bond.

    The Commissioner of Public Works as aforesaid may require a detailed statement of the kind and character of the proposed excavation, and upon the granting of any such permission as herein provided, there shall be paid by the party obtaining the same, to the Commissioner of Public Works of said Borough, for the use of the Borough of Collingswood, a permit fee.
    B. 
    To open any street or pavement, there shall be paid the sum of $150 for an opening of 25 feet or less; and for an opening of 26 to 250 linear feet, the applicant shall enter into a bond with the Borough of Collingswood for $500; and for the opening of 251 to 500 linear feet, the applicant shall enter into a bond with the Borough of Collingswood for the sum of $1,000 for the payment of the cost of repairing any such openings.
