§ 265-1. Street opening permit required.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, corporation or corporations to cut, break into, excavate or open any of the streets, highways or alleys of the Borough of Collingswood or any portion thereof for any purpose whatever without first making written application to and receiving written permission from the Commissioner of Public Works of the Borough of Collingswood; and the permit herein provided for shall be known and designated as a "street opening permit."
