§ 265-26. Notice to remove grass, weeds and other impediments.

The owner or owners, tenant or tenants of lands abutting or bordering upon the sidewalks and gutters of public streets, avenues and highways shall remove all grass, weeds and other impediments therefrom within 10 days after notice to remove the same.
