§ 265-15. Violations and penalties.

Every person or persons violating the provisions of this article, upon conviction, shall pay a fine not exceeding $1,000 for each offense and the costs of the prosecution or be committed to county jail for a period of not more than 90 days or serve a period of community service for not more than 90 days, or any combination thereof.
