§ 255-3. Prohibited skateboarding locations.

    The places referred to in § 255-1A are:
    (1) 
    All public and private sidewalks, roadways (including the entire paved and improved surface thereof, including gutter areas, from curb to curb where curbs exist), curbs, parking lots, driveways and courtyards within the boundaries being Haddon Avenue from the boundary of the City of Camden to the boundary of Haddon Township; Collings Avenue from White Horse Pike to Richey Avenue; and the White Horse Pike, from the Collingswood Circle to the boundary of the Borough of Oaklyn; Ferry Avenue, from Haddon Avenue to the boundary of the City of Camden; and the portions of all real property lots abutting and/or adjoining said streets.
    (2) 
    The municipal parking lots at Collings Avenue and behind Haddon Avenue; the borough garage; the public works facilities adjacent to Atlantic Avenue; and all sidewalks, curbs, ramps and courtyards at, around, leading to and/or adjacent to the Collingswood Public Library; Collingswood Borough Hall; and all Collingswood public schools.
    B. 
    The places referred to in § 255-1B are all public roadways situate in the Borough of Collingswood.
