§ 65-1. Participation required for eligible positions.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:15C-2, the following positions are deemed to be eligible for and shall participate in the Defined Contribution Retirement Program:

A.
Borough Administrator, Superintendent of Public Works, Municipal Court Administrator, Library Director, Director of Community Development, and Water Department Superintendent;

B.
Municipal Attorney;

C.
Municipal Engineer;

D.
Municipal Prosecutor;

E.
Municipal Court Judge;

F.
