§ 15-8. Authority to enter into agreement.

The Borough of Collingswood shall be authorized to negotiate and enter into an agreement with the Borough of Woodlynne to establish a single joint municipal court to be known as "The Municipal Court of the Borough of Collingswood" and to provide for its administration.
